Ewww, I hate Ginger. Plus, I've found those "energy bars" to not really be as fullfilling and healthy as they claim.
In my quest to eat better and be healthier, I've included Clif Bars as an afternoon snack. Picked up a new "seasonal" one at the HEB, Iced Gingerbread.
Heavy emphasis on the ginger.

those will only make you gain weight unless you eat them right be for a workout like they're intended to be
i'm not a fan of Cliff Bars.
But i do like Detours, OneWays, and JoyRides and Uturns.
