Valetine's Day - a guy's perspective

I've already had my fun shopping and purchased 'pretties' for my husband. But I'd like to do something else for him also. Beside's sex, what would you like from your significant other for Valentine's Day? We've already got tickets to all of the concerts and sporting events we want to go to purchased. It's in the middle of the week and he can't get off work so whisking him off somewhere won't work. We go out to eat at nice restaurants whenever we're in the mood, so I think we're going to avoid restaurants that evening. I don't often cook, so I am researching something tasty, but that I can't ruin, for dinner to be ready when he gets home from work.

Any and all suggestions welcome, even if you think they're a little weird. Thanks!

I wish I could help...but I'm horribly unromantic. Instead of spending $100 on roses or whatever, I like them....but I'd rather have the cash.

Although, last year for my family I made an awesome steak & (my grandmother's secret recipe) fried shrimp...it turned out pretty awesome...I even impressed my mom.
