Me. Actually, what is on your fingers/hands is far worse than what could be on the floor.
what if your dogs licks the floor??
Still, human hands are worse. Dog's mouth actually clean, relatively speaking.
uh... let me see he ate a fajita that was on the floor....threw up and then he ate his own vomit... and he kept on licking the floor.
Must have been good!
I fell a sleep in a pool of my own vomit several times. I never ate off of the floor though.
Really, human hands are nasty. We touch everything with them and if you only knew what was growing on your keyboard from what was on them. Some of the same bugs in a Dog's mouth and EVEN MORE!!!!
BUT...if you WERE to eat it off the floor, you would likely want to get every shred of evidence up!
okay hussker you win
What did ya have for dinner?
I AM STARVING!!!!!![]()

the same as my dog...except i didnt vomit
Do you think you can? I hear Fajita is GREAT at Body Temperature!
GOTCHA!!!!
that is ing nasty
If anyone ever watches "Mythbusters", they had a show on this awhile back. The guy licked a petrie dish, and had a dog lick a petrie dish, and after being put in an incubator, the dish that the dog licked was far cleaner than the human one.
As for the 3-second rule, they tested the 5-second rule, and found that if something falls on the floor, it does not matter how long it stays on the floor- 3, 5, 6 seconds or longer... the specimens were all equally dirty.
Oh, and the toilet seat was one of the cleanest places in the house with the least amount of bacteria- go figure.
I stopped reading there. Kari Byron from the show is ing hot.

That is her face and this is her ass, with a flesh suit on. She is hot.

the dog gets to it before i can even bend over and pick it up - it's great - i only have to mop the kitchen floor once a week![]()
There's a show on Discovery Health channel called Dr. Know. They did this exact test and found that it actually depends on the type of food you drop rather than where you drop it and how long it's on the floor. As in, an M&M will pick up far fewer (if any) germs than would a piece of cantaloupe or anything else with a lot of moisture.

Remember the guy from Spinal Tap who died choking on vomit . . . not his own.
