I've wanted to learn how to make them but never tried. , I don't even know what program to use. I have the Photoshop Image dealy and it came with something that has to do with animations but I never tried. Maybe I should at least open the program to look at it.

For an animated Gif you should get something with better quality than that girl. I went to see the video at youtube and it's not very good quality. Let me see what I can do.
