    Yes, it's his first year.

    Yes, he's still adjusting.

Yes, he plays with some heart.

But damn, I was hoping he'd ruffle some feathers. Somebody tell him to stop smiling all the damn and start elbowing somebody. Seems he's content to have just made it to the league. Wasn't he like an enforcer on the Argentina suquad?

God damn. Get a flagrant foul.

    Who cares if he starts?

I want him to be a Will Perdue. Perdue would get under people's skin at least.

I didn't really expect him to get much playing time at all .. and he hasn't.

I'm not sure he was really an "enforcer" with Argentina.

Enforcer isn't the right word, but he was probably the most physical on that team.

    Lmao.

He will never start. But somebody get him some Malik Rose tutoring, or Kevin Willis. Something!

Some people said that but not because he's that talented. They expected Rasho would be traded by now and said they'd hide Nazr on the bench to keep his value down. I never bought that theory but I can see their logic.

Unless he gets on the juice and puts on like 60 pounds he ain't gonna be no Kevin Willis.

A lot of it is a matter of playing time. When he has been out there for more than a minute or two he has done some good things.

when he gets pt he is quite good at tipping out offensive boards, and sets good picks. more run would be nice, but you can't complain with our record.

mmm try again. Oberto was never a good defender.

on the other hand look at Delfino, Nocioni and Manu, all above average defenders here in the NBA.

Oberto hasn't got enough playing time. But when he's on the floor, he does some things.

Lemme fix that, he should be a bench player. But you never know. I mean Shawn Bradley was a starter at one point.

That kid for the Cav, what's his name...pendejo or something rather.

I wish Oberto would play more like him. Minus the backing down like a and looking the other way pretending you don't see Zo staring down your ass trying to send a message.

I didn't expect Oberto to be the starting center but I expected him to play more and contribute more defensively. He's not 6'7" but I think you were exaggerating, Trainwreck. He's between 6'9" and 6'10".

He is very basketball savvy, and that was not a surprise. He has had a few games where he was really good and he made a big difference in the flow of the game. His shot is very flat. That has been a disappointment. He also cannot jump very well.

On the positive side - his hands, screening and passing are better than average and his anticipation and hustle are excellent. He is a much better offensive boards guy (incl. tip-outs to save trips) than I thought he would be at the NBA level.

I can see him getting a little more physical lately but he still struggles against bigger post players and he doesn't take charges...plus he has no ref respect whatsoever.

Fabri has so many more intangibles than Sean Marks and can play defense much better, but what Kiwi can bring is he can light it up from the outside with instant offense...not to mention some decent hops.

One of them will not make the playoff roster, unless there is an injury.

    Bradley isn't a bad player.

If you use him right. People just expected too much. Pop would use him right.

How many players can be on the playoff roster this year? Is it any different with the new CBA?
