Patrick Stewart was a song & dance man in his earlier years. He did alot of stage work and broadway. If you recal he was also in I Claudius in the '70's.

I remember in Theatre Arts class in high school, he was in a prodcution of Hamlet.
He played the murdering uncle.

That was awesome! He's one of my favorite actors.
Yeah, he was great as Claudius in that BBc production of Hamlet. Aside from Measure for Measure, that might be the best Shakespeare production ever. He was also great in King of Texas which was based on King Lear. Aside from Kenneth Brannaugh, no one kicks more ass doing Shakespeare works recenetly.
I like it when he does cameos on Family Guy, hes a pretty funny guy too!
He was also pretty kick ass in "Excalibur".
