A shocking sight today at one of the city's busiest intersections...a man in his fifties driving down Highway 281 at Bitters Rd. wearing a cap, sunglasses, and nothing else.
Police tell 1200 WOAI news several women reported the man would pull alongside their vehicles and start staring at them while they were driving.
One woman called 911 and followed the man's brown Buick until police arrived. She reported the man was 'fidgeting in his seat' and his hands 'did not appear to be on the steering wheel.'
Other women also called police, and the man was pulled over at 281 and Jones Maltsburger. Police say a roll of paper towels and a nearly empty bottle of baby oil was found in the passenger seat. Officers declined to speculate on what those items may have been used for.
He was handcuffed and booked for indecent exposure.

I think I was next to that guy last night at a stop light by the airport....seriously.
I noticed him because he had the window open and was taking off his shirt. Maybe not, but damn....he fit the description.
