He reminds me of Kevin Johnson's game while he was at Cal. Get a jumper and he's unstoppable.

Harris is almost as fast as Tony parker.
And he has a jump shot. Not saying Harris is better than Tony, but he can definately can be.
Parker is much stronger and has better balance and footwork. The speed and shooting are about the same with maybe a slight edge to Harris in both areas.
No, Tony has better speed, Harris has better shooting.
Harris is extremely fast. Not quite as fast as Tony with the ball but he runs the floor faster than anyone I know.
