It's driving me crazy, my whole body hurts because I'm so exhausted, but I just can't fall asleep. I laid in bed for an hour and a half, and nothin'.

i got the same problem as u, i cant goto sleep, all i do is lie on the bed thinkin about adrienne and if i cant getto sleep put in a dvd to watch, by the time its 6am then i goto sleep, then wake up at 4pm, damn miss mornin class. This has been goin on since january.

what ive found best, and i wish i had known in college bnc maybe i'd stll be there, but take two tylenol pm and downa couple of beers relatively fast and youll be out in under half an hr. just make sure you dont have to wake up early or anything bc when i do this im out cold for at lesat 10 hrs.
The TV and computer were off for the hour and a half that I laid in my bed and stared at the ceiling...
2.20am here now, n im still up on the comp, cant get to sleep, even if i turn the comp off, probalu just lyin on the bed starin at the cielin or thinkin about sum .
