Given the following three postulates:

Postulate 1: Knowledge = Power
Postulate 2: Time = Money

And, as every engineer knows...

Postulate 3: Power = Work/Time

Subs uting (3) into (1) gives:

Knowledge = Work/Time

Subs uting (2) into this equation gives:

Knowledge = Work/Money

Solving for Money:

Money = Work/Knowledge


We now can see that as knowledge approaches zero in the limit, money increases towards infinity independent of the amount of work.
