I saw the TNT part about it - Kaman was graphic about the description - he said something very close to this "he grabbed my nuts and tried to rip them off or something - he pulled them back" wow - just the thought of that makes any guy cringe.

I'm guessing Evans denied the incident and the NBA didn't think they could prove it based on what they had on video. But that's messed up.
