They do something like this already I believe.
We all know it is impossible for referees to call a game 100% accurately.
What is possible is to have a higher-up watch every single game and analyze each call made by every ref to determine the percentage of inaccurate foul calls. In this way, referees that make ghost-calls, bull , etc. can be tallied up. Refs that have higher than 30% inaccurate calls should be ING FIRED.

no one can say anything about it in the media without getting fined, and no refs ever get fired over it.

I agree...it's not even a borderline complaint. The refs have been bailing the Mavs out down the stretch...a ing shame.
The refs sucked big time this game. Whenever a Mav got in trouble, he got a foul call. There were BS calls on the Mavs too, but not as many.

As much as you guys about Cuban complaining about the refs, you'd think more of you would agree with him considering how much you complain about them. Not that I'm saying you're wrong in all cases -- there are some BS fouls called. But really, Cuban has some legitimate es but everybody here just thinks he's stupid for complaining about it.
If Pop doesn't go George Karl on teh refs, he sucks as much as that last play he called.
It was easy to see that the refs changed the pace of the games with bogus foul calls!
