You know what's really funny? Blair is a liberal and Chiraq is a conservative. Blair supporting this war in Britain would be almost like Howard Dean supporting it here...and the decision was based on their own intelligence...yet Bush lied.
Chiraq not joining this war is like...well frankly it would be like Cheney denouncing it and citing that he doesn't want to ruin their environment. I wonder what his motivation was for denouncing it...it's never about Oil if you are French.
