So who holds the all time record for game sevens?

Depending on how the playoffs go...Horry could end up being real close to holding the all time record for playoff games next year.

One more win gurantees Tony Parker as the Spurs all time leader in playoff games started for a PG

These facts are what I needed to see this morning. I was dwelling on the number of teams that have come back from a 3-1 deficit and how the number of those teams is still in the single digits.

These facts are stupid. Dallas has played great on our home court. It's not really an advantage.

Who cares what the Celtics/Lakers did 15 years ago? Those stats are meaningless, just like the one they toted out last night, "Spurs are 0/11 in elimination games on the road." DAL/SA are 2 evenly matched team, and home court advantage hasn't been a factor so far. The game's another toss up. I give SA a slight edge because Mavs might come out rattled due to their inexperience and shaken confidence.

True all of that but I like our position compared to theirs. Home court is what we've played for all season and we've just taken that back. The Mavs are a very good team but they've shown no respect for the defending champs. That will be their undoing in the end. Game 7 will be of epic proportions for both teams.

I think that stat of how many playoff games you been in is kind of rigged cinsideirng that if you swept all the teams you played you would play less games than if you took all the teams to 6 games
