I think I saw Tpark say he is always out of town so it may be days until you hear from him. What other spare parts do you have? I need a video and sound card. But not for a laptop.
I havent bought one yet, although, I did see a nice little number at Office Depot thats a Sony Vaio, if I get some time tommarow, Im gonna ask if my Cingular card works in it, if it does, that suma is minnneeee.
Hey Tpark can you post pics of it after you buy one? I want one for Xmas but I have no idea what to get. Are you going to use it for work or for fun?
I know somebody that works at Office Depot, hes a smart dude, mabye if you are real nice I can get him to look for you!
Keda, if he works at the new City Base one, that would be cool.
Wish i knew the serial number of the computer, Id like to look it up and ask questions about it online.
Are you going to use it for work or for fun?
uhhhh both (lies through teeth)
I just came back from Google those things cost more than my dad will pay. I wonder if they sell used ones.
Until he finds it?
It's in alphabetical order. I know he's a Mavs and all but...

I didn't say I was gonna throw down the cash for one...
Yeah I know.Eric, you DO realize that I work for OD?
I cant remember the model though..
I just want a small computer, like this one is like 12 13 inch monitor
thats thin, and very light, that uses a PC Cingular Wireless card.
Oh, and can sustain music, and play the random game.
So what good does that do?
laptops with 12-13inch screens are in the trend now, dont know why....
7900gtx>ftw
Tpark keep us posted when you do buy one, I have two lurkers PMing me that want to get one also and they have millions of questions, I don't know why so many Lurkers don't just post but I won't make a big deal of I just think it's funny
I took one apart today that's how I got all those parts, I was thinking about learning how to replace parts but to be honest? Going from desktop PCs to laptops? Is like going from VCRs to Ipods, I felt like I was taking apart a stop watch, I was very intimidated. But If i keep playing around i might learn a thing or two. I only know to vatos in San Antonio who know how to fix them and they don't like teaching others,
This one guy named Mark told me he didn't want me taking away any of his business.
like San Antonio is not big enough for one more laptop tech.
If any of you out their are students or parents with kids? Have them take PC maintenance not soft wear class. The money is in fixing the Laptops, Just ask kori, she spent 187.00 dollars on a 5.00 dollar part. It took him maybe two hours of work. That is almost attorney wages90% of the laptops get sent to Austin or Houston to get fixed.
Anyway since Tpark does not need these parts? I will hold on to them for a while or until someone needs them. .
peace
I can tell him to blow me in person Sequ!
This is the baby I'm looking into getting:

19" and SLI!!! Throw in 2 G of ram and I'm good to go. The 19" may be a bit big, but I'd be using it more as a desktop replacement as opposed to mobile.
the new 13" black macbook pro is sweet looking. if i were to get a laptop it would be a mac. i'm sticking to pc's for desktops though, they are much easier to fix.
