I think Ace will probably win but I'm rooting for Chris Daughtry.
Okay...I'm a little embarassed to admit that I hate to miss this show. But I just have to say, as far as this year goes....I want to have Ace's babies. He's just so pretty. Our children would be gorgeous.
I was going to post a picture of him, but he apparantly is not photogenic...so much more beautiful on TV.
Oh, and I also have a soft spot for the precious younguns, Will Makar and David Radford. And I think Kellie Pickler is adorable, and absolutely gorgeous.

I love Chris's voice...if he had a CD I think I'd probably buy it, whether he wins or not.
Take away the past show winners? This season has the best talent ever, I don't know how they are going to pick a winner this year.
It's all about Gimmicks if you ask me. Think about it. we are a in a Brokeback mode right now. If that little Cowboy dude would have made the top 12 he would be a hit singing Dancing queen,
That black guy who sang "Shout"? will get more votes than the computer geek before him who sang that song from the 1940s
I will admit the guy with down syndrome who sang Barry Mannilow's "LOLA"? he was not that great.
If anyone who is reading this topic hates this show at least tune in to see this dude who looks like the ex singer from Doobie Brothers
One other predicition, she may not sing very well but Brenna is going to get a job in Television the instant she gets voted off.

I listened the other night to like the last 2 girls. That very last girl who sang was really good.
Proud to say I have never wasted a moment of my life watching this show.

I make compromises to view shows my wife likes, but I find myself sucked in by some of them.
Thankfully, I still haven't gotten into Desperate Housewives or those godawful home design shows...
I prefer music with musical instruments.
American Idol is not far removed from yodeling, except that yodeling is a little more dignified.

That's how I got suckered in. Very first season, I had seen the previews leading up to it, and was like, "no ing way." Then the wife begged me to watch it with her. I was annoyed of course. But I figured I'd sit through one episode with her, tell her it sucked, and never have to endure it again. But 5 minutes into the show, this Simon guy has some of these no-talent brats crying with his insults. And of course, I'm loving every minute of that . The arguements they aired between Simon and the try-outs were classic. I was in tears I was laughing so hard. I guess that's what Simon had planned all along. Bas .
I'm hoping the guy with the grey hair wins it this year. That guy is one cool cat.

Fortunately, they base the show on voice talent and not looks. Not that he would win on that anyway.
