I love it!
it;s beautifull ! i love the whole design and the way you can "see" the wind.![]()
This was based on a design I've been playing around with for a couple of years. My initial design has swirly black lines to indicate wind and it was much smaller. When I showed the artist, he asked if I minded if he played around with it, and I said no. We talked about it, and he clearly got what I was going for. He decided to use negative space as an indicator, partially to have a beginning and end to the band. I absolutely love it.

These were taken right after I removed the bandage, so it's still pretty red. Today, the red is much lighter, and the swelling has gone down. Since a lot of the red is gone, the shading is much clearer - most of the 'black' will gray out.

That's gorgeous. You can design my next tattooSeriously.
Nice.
Nah, just find a good artist. He really designed this, it was just based on my concept. We ended up pushing my appointment back by seven hours so he could draw this, but it was totally worth it. He really captured what I wanted. I'm still getting used to it, but I'm so pleased with it - and the leaves just turned out so beautifully.
I've recommended this studio before, but I totally recommend this artist too (he did my other one as well). His name is Jared Green and he works at Sacred Heart here in Houston. I wish I had another idea or room for another tattoo, but I don't right now. Probably for the best, my big top boss will be scandalized when he sees it (don't think he'll care too much, but I know he'll want me to keep it covered at work).
The other thing I love about Jared is that he only charges for his time, not based on size or color or complexity (though, of course, if it's more complex, it will take longer). So this was much less than I thought it would be.
Very Cool!!!
