Bush was in his morning cabinet meeting. The Iraq report included the fact that three Brazilian soldiers had been killed that day...Bush yelled "oh my god!" and buried his face in his hands...His cabinet members were very surprised as he had never had such a dramatic response to casualties...they just stared at him in shock till he finally raised his head and said..."tell me again...how many is a brazilian?"
