Are there any plans to develop ANYTHING around the area of the AT&T Center ?(kind of like that HollyHills Eastside Vision stuff)It pisses me off that its in an area that doesnt get much attention in development.

and just an fyi , i dont even live in SA anymore,so couldnt buy the EXPN if I wanted to.
