Ren And Stimpy was pretty funny, in the same vein as Sponge Bob Squarepants. Both are disturbing in that they are marketed openly towards little kids. Ren and Stimpy probably perverted far more children than Beavis and Butthead.

Exactly. It was a disgusting, perverted cartoon with several hints of sexuality and beastiality.

Didn't they make an entirely new season of Ren and Stimpy when it moved to e TV, or discover a lost season or something like that? I remember watching episodes on the channel that I had never seen before. But maybe they were old ones I forgot.

It was one of the first of MTV's oddities, the storyline was pretty tight too. The Maxx came after The Head, which was also cool in its own right.
