it's funny watching rick smits try to guard shaq
but if you think about it
indiana shoulda won that year
they were ahead this entire in game
god damn lakers
![]()
they're showing the 2000 nba finals and what we are seeing in kobe bryant is exactly what we are seeing in dirk today
dribbling, being stopped, pump faking, then drawing a foul and swishing a jumper
over
and over
and over
it's funny watching rick smits try to guard shaq
but if you think about it
indiana shoulda won that year
they were ahead this entire in game
god damn lakers

Later tonight they have the Spurs/Nets game 6.
http://sports.espn.go.com/espntv/espnGuide
derek fisher's foot was clearly on the line, even in a replay, yet they gave the lakers three points
god i hate the nba now
roflrofl
i dont remember much about this game i guess
kobe drives to the lane with seconds to go, lakers already up three, he creates body contact with croshere, then instantly gets a call just cuz he falls down
dirk all over
omg
lol..kobe and fouls come together..kinda like manu and floping..
All stars get calls...no one more than Duncan. If Damp/Diop even looked at him wrong there was a foul called....just the way the NBA is.
except dirk got calls in game deciding situations and duncan did not
just the way the nba is
lmao..ben goal tending? just because duncan can't jump as high doesn't mean you gotta call it goal tending
The NBA sucks.
I found this out a while ago, but that Dallas - San Antonio series really emphasized it.
NBA basketball
duncan's blocks are 95% blocked with the ball still in or very close to the players hands
ben wallace, like kevin garnett, elton brand, etc, they all block shots while they are in mid air and get away with laods of goal tends
open your eyes
duncan doesn't get those kind of blocks cuz he plays for position and is nowhere near as athletic to do that kind of thing
lol..i guess you didn't see ben knock shaq on his ass with one hand
no i did see that, and that was bad ass, i give props where props are due
At least ESPN was smart to end this marathon on the 2003 Finals.
Though I would not have minded seeing Game 7 last year again.
lol..both fans of spurs and detroit are cheering for the teams in the other conference..but i don't see why if you think your team was the best and they got beat then you should be giving them some props..im still going for miami
lol..think you could ref the game the right way?
Then the Spurs' 3 championships are fraudulent.
Or is it that the Spurs would have 17 championships if not for the fraud?
I get confused.
You're pissed off, eh?? Me too!! That dumb Popovich leaving Rasho and Nazi on the bench the whole Dallas series. What an idiot!!!
"Alverez" said "The NBA sucks". Well, there's some truth in that statement.
It's because these dip s get waaaaaaaaaay toooooooooooooooooo much friggin money for waaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooooooooooo little work, performance, dedication. It'll never change until they stop handing out millions of dollars IN ADVANCE for lackluster effort. These jerks get down 15, 20 points in a game and just give up. They ought to be fired, contract canceled. these spoiled brats. Yea, NBA sucks in a lot of ways. But after the economy tanks, no one will pay a lick of attention to any of them. But the fans (ah-hem, that's us, you know) we keep it going by paying the bill for their stupidity and ho-hum effort. Guess we get what we deserve, no?
Damn, that was fun to watch the NBA Finals marathon. I never realized how much I missed the old Lakers. The rivalry between us and them was awesome. I just don't see us having the same with Dallas.
Also, god Damn, Kobe was a monster in the 3-peat run. As was Shaq during his young days. Watching him in Game 3 vs the Nets in the Finals vs. watching him in Game 2 now, he's clearly declined a lot!![]()
Wow, still complaining about a call that happened several years ago. That's classic!![]()
