Jazz power forward Carlos Boozer's name is being bandied about in NBA trade-talk rumors.
Again.
Or should that be still?
The latest:
According to a note in Sunday's Akron Beacon Journal citing unidentified "plugged-in league executives" as sources, the Memphis Grizzlies "are in trade talks" with the Jazz about Boozer.
The gossip, which could not be independently confirmed, was the lead item on InsideHoops.com's rumor page Sunday.
Jazz basketball operations senior vice president Kevin O'Connor did not immediately return a call seeking comment on the disclosure.
The report in the Beacon Journal — which covers the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boozer's team before his controversial exit via free agency in 2004 — follows a flurry of recent rumors involving Utah, Boozer and trade rumors.
Earlier this month, the New York Post reported the Jazz were among "the biggest talkers" at the NBA's pre-draft camp in Orlando and that Boozer's name was among a half-dozen or so "on the loose lips of many down here."
Boozer has been the subject of frequent trade speculation during much of his two-year stay since Utah signed him to a six-year, $68 million contract.
The Duke University product missed 80 of 164 games due to injury after joining the Jazz, but has averaged 17.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game when he has played for Utah.
