    It's a measuring stick. Training, practice. It is a sign of what's to come. It is a signal that unless the Spurs make a big turn around, they will win 40 games this year.

    The Clippers were 6-2....I guess they will be world beaters huh?

    The preseason is the time to to find out how new players and draftees will play.

    When the Spurs starters and Heat starters played each other the spurs totally dominated them in that benefit game.

    The preseason neans squat in the realm of things. I don't remember but I think the Spurs reacord in last year's preason was poor too....and look what happened.

    A sign of things to come? That's good to know since the Piston's blistered your butts 87-66 last week. And that's with your starters averaging 30 minutes of playing time.
