Well, they blew this series. I don't care about the tilted officiating in game five and even six (See Karma is a above) because your team received all the breaks previously just to get to that point.
I'll be waiting for some in-depth insight on how a team led by the next Larry Bird managed to blow this series and the fallout of such a loss.

they had trouble closing out the series against the Spurs and that flaw proved to be fatal in the finals. still...a good run.
although the mavs are a good team, they are still a dominant jumpshooting team, and teams like the mavs live and die by the jumpshot, you need a dominant post player or attacker to win a championship, something the mavs are still missing

You guys forget that since the Mavs lost, Mavs fans no longer exist. They only come out a couple times a year when they realize the mavs are doing well. You guys are chasing a ghost. Itīs kinda like when all those astros or īstros fans appeared once they realized they made the world series.

Denver (have issues everywhere but SF)
Memphis (need PG and another big)
Houston (need health, PG and SG)
Utah (assuming they develop, stay healthy and get a SG)
L.A. Lakers (assuming they KEEP Odom and get PG)
New Orleans (assuming they get a quality big and backup PG)

Again, both Phoenix and San Antonio are somewhat injury prone. Duncan and Ginobili to Amare and Nash's nagging concerns... if something breaks right, Dallas (with Terry) is talented enough to capitalize.
Still, I'm with you and don't see them getting past either PHX or SA next season.
