He's a ing maniac. We'll see how the Spurs build him up this summer. From what I've seen, the Spurs are willing to let Rasho and Nazr walk in favor of bringing this guy in. Those are two run of the mill NBA centers with starting potential on a lot of teams. Certainly some of that has to do with his price tag versus theirs, but I would think that even the Spurs would not be that cheap with a starter unless they were certain he was the real deal. Javtokas is still only 26 years old. If he pans out, the Spurs have their starting center for the next 7 seasons. If not, he cost the LLE and they dropped Radoslav.
The Spurs have been very careful with setting expectations regarding Javtokas. Probably fallout from Oberto last year.
I don't expect RJ to start off the bat, but he has the tools to be a good one.
Has Javotkas ever played against Scola?
Yes, this year in euroleague and maybe with their NT before.

TAU has one of the best frontcourts outside of the NBA, Scola at the 4 and Tiago Splitter at the 5. Scola we know about, Draftexpress has Splitter number 3 in the 2007 Mock Draft. Javtokas had to go at it with them for 2 games, and more than held his own.
I doubt those facials will transfer over to the NBA.

If he can give the Spurs anything close to that from the center position the Spurs will win a lot of games.
That's him, number 21 for Tau, except he pulled out of this year's draft.
