It might be still on at Fiesta Texas...not sure.

Happy Independence Day ya'll. I grilled and we all shared in some great BBQ and, of course, watermelon...family tradition.

The gods above are bringing their own fireworks. The sky has been lit up like crazy and I've lost power a couple of times.

Anyone know what time Fiesta Texas Fireworks were supposed to start? I should be able to see them from my patio if they are still on.

We went to see the Woodlawn Lake Fireworks like we do every year. We left at 9 to get prime parking (haha) and there wasn't anybody at the usual spot. We waited for the fireworks to start (supposed to start at 10) but they ended up starting at 9:30 or something. People started pulling into the parking lot when it started. I didn't care if it was drizzling...I was still out there watching the show.

My grandparents live a block away and we always go there for the 4th. When it was pouring we were like it's going to be canceled. Well around 8:45 a bunch of people started headed back to their cars and we asked them if the show was cancelled and every one of them said yes. 9:25 come around and they started to go off. I knew they wouldn't cancel it, it was to early to know.
