Can anyone recommend a print/copy service? The company I work for has been working with Kinkos for about 5-6 years now, but due to their recent hiring of morons, I feel the need for a change.

They've been working on a simple 1000 copy/black-white order for 2 weeks now. Their excuse? Their driver is on vacation. Wow. That driver should be in charge if the whole place goes to when he's gone. I've been getting the run-around for a few days now. I'm waiting on responses on 3 messages I left for managers. We spend about $35000 a year on printing, so I would've assumed they appreciated our business more than this, I guess not.

I'm looking for a quick, but high quality print service that has low prices and free delivery. Do I have any options out there other than Kinkos?

I know you're on the other side of town from here, Danyo, but there is a pretty good printing office, H.P. Printing in Schertz. We had a government contract with them for several years in the 90s and they did excellent work for us. They won the contract bid, so their prices must have been compe ive back then; don't know what they are like now, but I do know they do a pretty brisk business and do good work, still. They picked up and delivered for us here on base (Randolph); I don't know what their pickup/delivery range is, though - it may depend on volume. Your current printing budget is a little less than ours was back then, but they printed books and training materials for us and prepared them for mailing (we just slapped on the labels).
