If so, could you please explain WHY???

I just got back from a 2 day run in our one truck that has satellite radio, and I spent the entire trip listening to the Raw Dog and Blue Collar comedy channels. They both had plenty of Dane Cook cuts and I don't recall even chuckling a little at any of it. Dude is not funny. At all.

Then the first thing I do is flip on HBO when I get to my hotel room and they are showing a preview clip from his upcoming special. An entire arena full of people were eating his up like he was the second coming of George freaking Carlin, and he WASN'T GODDAMN FUNNY! What the freaking ? Not only is his not funny, he's a DORK on stage. No stage presence, no funny material, , I could do his act and get more laughs.

What the am I missing here?

I only think he;s funny when I watch him - i can;t listen to his CD"s, i have to SEE him.

I love the bit about taking a on everyone's coats at a party. Ya know? the room where everyone leaves thier coats on the bed - go in there and take a on them.

I just don't like Tourgasm. I think HBO pushed it too hard and set expectations waaaaay too high.

His routine isn't bad. I've only caught a few things on XM Radio too, and maybe it's because I get him in small 5 minute doses at a time.
