Don't know if its a virus or what. But when I do a search in google, then click on the result, most of the time it takes me to other ing websites.

I need help getting rid of this. Already ran spybot, adware, virusscan, etc.

Try Spyware Doctor (http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/). You have to pay for it but it was the only thing that could clear the off of my brother's massively infected PC.

yeah and the problem i think is just clicking on result from google.

so instead of taking me to the website result I want, it takes me to some re ed random shopping/3d party search site.

go to start---> run --- > type 'msconfig' ---> go to startup tab---> find offending program or programs and unclick the little green check next to it--> click apply ---> click Ok--->restart ---> In dialouge box that appears click ' do not show this again'. If that doesn't work use firefox (you should do this anyway).
