I've done it numerous times. You gotta eat a load of watermelon though.
You can also preslice them and put them in a container. I did that with Capt Morgan and it tasted pretty good.
i dont even know if that is what its called but does anyone know how to make one?
as far as i know you just get a watermelon, cut a hole in the top and pour the vodka in(1 liter) and then let sit for a day

We always sliced the watermelon, put the pieces in a pan. poured the everclear and then put them in the freezer. Just be prepared for people who weren't drunk to all the sudden become the life of the party.
lol yeah, that sneaks up on you, how small would i slice up the wm?
we usually halved the watermelon, halved the half, then did two inch sections. Anything bigger and people will overdo it.

Vodka doesn't work the same as everclear.
When I did this in the past, I always used everclear, watermelon, ziploc bags and the freezer.

cause i already got a hole cut and im pouring like shot by shot of vodka as it soaks in
I don't think you are "boned" yet. It will probably take longer to soak in.

Lemon-Mint Vodka ed Watermelon
Recipe provided courtesy of Tyler Florence
¼ cup sugar
2 lemons, juiced
1 (750 ml) bottle vodka
2 fresh mint sprigs
1 whole watermelon, 10 pounds or larger
Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice. Pour out ¼ cup vodka and add the lemon mixture and the mint sprigs to the bottle. Cap, shake, and let sit from 1hour to overnight for the flavors to develop.
Cut a plug from the watermelon about 3-inches deep and as big around as the top of the bottle. Upend the bottle into the hole and let it sit for a couple of hours or until most of the vodka lemonade has been absorbed into the watermelon. Re-plug the watermelon and refrigerate it for a few hours. Slice and serve.
