I'll go with Ed Reed, even with a few injuries in his past. Dude is the definition of "Ball Hawk"
Troy Polamalu, Ed Reed, Roy Williams, or Sean Taylor.
Polamalu is probably the most well rounded right now, Ed Reed is the biggest playmaker, Roy Williams the best against the run, and Sean Taylor has the most upside.
I can see Polamalu's size affecting his durability down the line, which will hurt his standing when all is said and done. Ed Reed has already shown himself to be injury prone, but he is a D Player of the year waiting to happen when healthy. Roy Williams is by far the best against the run, but also by far the worst in coverage. Sean Taylor runs a 4.4 and hits like a tank, but he is crazy as and likes to break the law.
I'll go with Sean Taylor by just a little bit over the other 3 because of the potential. If he stops hitting strangers with guns, and spitting in players faces he could be Ronnie Lott II.

Polamalu. Dude is all over the freaking field.
I'd go with Sean Taylor, but he got his ass burned by Tomlinson twice last year. He got burned and LT scored to send it to overtime, then he got burned again in overtime and LT scored.
I've gotta go with the Fro!!!
word .
I say Polamalu.
The dude has a motor that never seems to stop running.
I don't think that his durability or longevity is going to ever be an issue.
He's the one who I see being Ronnie Lott II.
Ronnie started as a cover corner. TP's coverage skills aren't nearly to Lott's level. They would rate as "adequate" in my book, which is still several steps above the "abyssmal" coverage of Roy Williams.
Sean Taylor.
Dude lights people up.
And he was my favorite college player when he was in Miami.
Sean Taylor needs to improve his defensive positioning to become greater. He will be devastating defensives this season. It will happen so much that he will have his own Monday Night Countdown spot of "Jacked Up!!!"
