Wonder if there are any format changes in store? Isn't the whole "Jack" enterprise a CBS product?
NEW: CBS Corp. sells two local radio stations

CBS Corp. said today that it has sold two popular San Antonio radio stations for $45 million to Houston-based Border Media Partners, the largest privately held Hispanic radio company in the U.S.
The deal involves talk radio station KTSA-AM and KJXK-FM, commonly known as Jack FM, which offers a varied music format. In May, CBS announced its intention to divest radio stations in 10 of its smaller markets.
On Monday, Entercom Communications Corp. announced its purchase of 15 CBS radio in four markets. With the sale of KTSA and KJXK to Border Media, CBS has sold 17 radio stations in five markets.
Border Media is one of the few Hispanic-owned radio companies in the country and operates in six Texas markets. With the acquisition of the CBS properties, Border Media strengthens its San Antonio station cluster and will own 37 radio stations across the state.
Founded by Thomas Castro and RGG Capital Partners LLC, Border Media and its affiliates have stations from Dallas to Brownsville. Castro previously founded El Dorado Communications in 1993. El Dorado owned Hispanic radio stations in Houston, Dallas and Los Angeles, which were purchased for $23 million and sold for $140 million.

Back in the 70s KTSA and KTFM were in the same building, owned by the same company. Is KTFM still around?
KTFM is now JackFM if I'm not mistaken. Before that it was KROC. Before that some crappy "hits" station.
so lets get an alternative/indie rock format going
