I don't think anyone is stunned that Willie has drugs, just that the quan y only meritted a Misdy.
Thats what I thought when I heard it. I bet the other troopers are laughing at the guy who wrote the citation.
I'd be more shocked if they pulled him over and he DIDNT have drugs, now that would be news....
Willie including 4 other people that were with him, all claimed that the weed was theirs, so the cops divided that 1.5 lbs between 5 people, thats how they got off on a misdemeanor.
and the shrooms were for cooking!

Willie should never get a ticket of any kind for having weed, that guy should have a lifetime pass. The only obligation that any officer pulling over Willie has is to ask for a few puffs, an autograph and then be on your way. Willie is a national treasure, he can smoke weed all day out in the streets for all I care.
It's never brought up why the bus was stopped to begin with, is it?
Did the cops pull the bus over because they KNEW it was his bus or what?
That's a good question. Does the fact that Willie publicly acknowledges that he still smokes the stuff amount to just cause to search him wherever you might find him?
The average age of the people with Willie when he was busted was close to 52 years old and a few old couters near 70, one above.
