It was moved to 19:30 (7:30pm) Japanese time.
That's 5:30am for Texas and 3:30am for California.

What ESPN means by 5:30 is it's actually on Comcast Sports Net at 8:00 PM tomorrow night. 5:30 AM tomorrow is The Great Outdoors Fishing!!! Oh, how I love that show!
My DirecTV guide shows a game on at 5:30am too, ESPN2 HD. And it says it's a QuarterFinal match. So it better be Argentina.

again, the key word is OLYMPICS. Those games draw MANY more viewers than this does. They'd probably get better ratings for a bass fishing rerun.

this ESPN guide is pretty reliable and there is not scheduled game for 3:30am. (Monday Night Baseball is on at that time)
