Anything by Michael Connelly.
I have several and enjoy a vast variety of great books, but I always like hearing what other people are reading or consider favorites. I will start.
2 of my favorite books by Daniel Quinn, Ishmael and The Story of B. Both are great reads and I highly recommend to anybody looking for a meaningful read.
What are yours?
Anything by Michael Connelly.

Any books dealing with basketball, Germany or Dirk. That or any books talking about cross country gay hitch hikers are the best for me!

I love anything by Catherine Coulter, but until she comes out with her new book, I've mostly been reading business books. The most recent is The Long Tail by Chris Anderson

Hard Times (these are when i paid my dues) by Charles ens
or The Prosecutor D.A. Lawyer Evidence Jury Trial Case by John Grisham
anything by R.A. Salvatore.
William Diehl. He wrote Primal Fear which is the first of a "trilogy" of sorts dealing with the character Aaron Stampler who was played brilliantly by Edward Norton in the movie version. I travel a lot so I find myself reading "airplane" books all the time. So anything Patterson, Crichton, Brown, they are all entertaining.
I was impressed with myself when I was looking over how many books I had read on my bookshelf the other day. I patted myself on the back and said, "I bet people are really impressed that you read all of those books, you should pat yourself on the back".
Long story short, Frankenstein.
Oooh, just thought of another. I can't remember the le because it's been a couple of years but it's the life and times of Jack Johnson, the first black heavyweight le holder. He was Mike Tyson about 80 years before Tyson was born. Good stuff.
Autobiography of a Brown Buffalo and the Revolt of the roach People by Oscar Acosta.
I just finished Cryptonomicon, which I've been hearing a lot about for a long time but only bought it recently. I liked it a lot.
The Hot Zone by Richard Preston is pretty good.
