There's a grocery store where I live with a really good deli section, and the apple brats that they make fresh every day are damn near orgasmic. They have kind of an apple/cinnamon flavor, but aren't overly sweet.
Is my new flavor of the month brat. What is your favorite brat? We cooked a whole sload of brats last weekend, all in vain.
This weekend seems like another good one for grillin brats. So what do yall like? In terms of brats that is?

When I lived in Madison, I'd eat brats 4 days a week until I literally got sick of them. Good stuff for a buck after last call.

Sun Dried tomatoe ones are good as well.
The kicked up ones kick ass as well.
Emirel's wing sauce is pretty damn good stuff as well.
