Just curious for all those who hate Kobe....if any of you ever got a chance to meet him one-on-one...like these kids, how many of you would NOT shake his hand and be psyched?
I don't like Kobe the Person, but Kobe the basketball Player...I'd be psyched to meet.
Or maybe he's just tall. That guy to the left of him in the pic is a mixture of light skinned black, mexican, and asian.

I have meet many celebrities and if I was to meet up with kobe I would not be disrespectful eventhough he is a laker……… He has skillz no doubt, but I take issue more with his selfish style of ball rather then just his personality……..
I find that most celebs expect @ least some recognition so I try to squeeze by with the minimum……..
Well, perhaps my reaction may be overexcited because I rarely run into any celebrities. The only athletes I've seen/met are Iverson, Eddie Jones, and Eric Dejarden (used to play for the Flyers...)

kobe is a good person, and im actually starting to like him. That may change if we ever play the lakers in the playoffs but right now he cool with me.

To even the people I dislike tremendously, I always treat them with respect. I don't get too excited seeing celebrities, or anyone for that matter. They are just people.
Now, if I had a chance to be embarrased by a pro athlete, I mean, play against a professional athelete, than that would be cool. But I still wouldn't freek.
PR marketing garbage. I don't know if he's a bad guy or not, but his public persona makes the guy very easy to hate. He seems like a selfish, arrogant, smug, prickface .
