Bill Gates can give everybody in the world 2 dollars. There's are around 6.5 Billion people in the world that is 13 Billion dollars. Now since the US population is around 300 Million and I'm gonna say 100 million of those 300 million can afford to waste a dollar. Try this:

On a vacation or take the year off; travel the US or just your state if it's big, like California has around 30 Million and ask for a dollar. The middle class man will give a homeless dude a dollar, a dollar is nothing, you waste it half the time without even knowing. However, there will be people who will give no money, but there will also be people who will give you 2 or maybe hand you a 20. Now if you travel the US or California, which I plan to do in the future and try this out I'll be looking to make around 15 million with California and maybe around 70 Million for the whole US. Smart idea huh? I thought of last night.

This will be an expedtion when I'm older and financially secure, like people on their vacations will spend money to go to Aspen or luxuary trips, I'll dress up as a homeless dude and ask for a dollar as many times as I can every day.

I was overestimating by far. Point is you would be wasting your time and not even be able to enjoy it. I seriously doubt a homeless person could average $500 a day.

They did an expose on some "homeless people" in NYC and LA a few years back that were making $700-1000+ per day.

But, here's the thing life is so random and complex that I could go for a mile without meeting anybody, but I could also just go to big attraction centers parks, stadiums etc. if I go to the SBC center on game day and it's packed thats potentially 18,500 dollars in one night.

Im sure it takes quite some time and effort to make $700-1000 a day begging. And even at that he would have to meet or exceed that to become a millionare every day for several years. Not my cup of tea, I guess I have too much pride to beg for money.

I think you could do it at stop lights at major intersections. You wouldn't even have to move. I'm guessing you could "work" 2 hours for AM rush, 2 hours at lunch, and 2 hours PM rush.
