Send me 3 lbs to try it and I will think of a good name.
I have been making homemade beef jerly for about 5 years now and have mainly given it away to friends and family. I have been asked several times to make some for a relative and they would pay me for it. Of course i have always just said just buy me a beer or i woudl'n take the money. I have finally decided to take the plunge, but i have no idea what to call it. This is just a hobby right now but if it takes off cool if not oh well I'll just have to eat it all. So if I pick your name, you get 3lbs. of my goodies. I only use london broil, and cure meat for 48 hrs and smoke at med heat(above 150* to kill the bad stuff) for about 6-8 hrs. I am applying for my food sale certificate also, so dont worrie i wont poison you.
