The first guy tries to scam the second guy into giving him his account info (user and pass) from Valve, probably STEAM. The second guy turns around and tells him he actually works for Valve and calls him on his BS, then proceeds to turn the scam around on the guy by pretending he works for Valve and that he can ban his account if he doesn't cooperate, the guy gives him his info and gets owned...
