Loop 13 was/is a so called highway but namiming a Highway a "Drive" (Military drive) makes it a highway no longer.
I am simply stating that 90% of the people will use Military dr as the main way into Brooks city base. Be it from loop 410 or I-37.

The story Buddy posted seems like a waste of tax payers money. look at the traffic on New Braunfels and compare it to Goliad, no comparison.
Spend the Money on Goliad and make everyone happy.

This will help with the west end of Brooks City-Base.

A lot of new stuff is going to go up on that side and there's no way main north to south road in that area so it only makes since to extend New Braunfels.
