from what I've read, you've got it right. If it's just a few months, it should be okay, but if it's a few years, I'd toss.

There are quite a few categories of drugs that you should definitely NOT take.
preperation H is okay to use after the due date
Piroxicam
its an anti-inflammatory drug. I sprained my ankle and last time i did it the doc gave this to me and it helped a lot. I'm going out of town tomorrow and won't have a chance to see her for awhile. the pills are about a yr and half old.
An NSAID like piroxicam should't be toxic after the expiration date but the effectiveness will be diminished to some degree.
xtc doesnt have expire date on them lil tablets
