The minute we finally pulled the plug on Bledslow I considered this season to be a rebuilding year and a maturation process for Romo. I know I got caught up with all those wins early and indulged in the crazy talk about going to the big one. But in my heart I knew it was to soon.
Also most of our defensive line is what, 1st and 2nd year players with the exception of Fergy? We are still a young team. Rookies in many key positions.
Carpenter looks really good!!!!
This loss was probably the best thing that could happen to Romo, think about it before you respond. The guy made the freaken Pro Bowl in one of the worst conferences in history (NFC,) big deal!!!! You learn more from failure trust me.
And...
Chunking the ball around trying to force plays and what not is gonna cost you, which is what he got away with most of the season.
He's been taken off the potters wheel and grinded up folks, let the loss soak in and build on it kid.
Pick up your head, workout even harder, and clinch a 1st round bye in the coming season. You can do it!!!

Let's go get some talent in the draft and limit ourselves on these over rated free agents...

No way, Alex Smith is good but the reason Romo made it was because of that great run he went on, Alex Smith didn't even come close to numbers like that. Romo would have gotten in no matter what team he was on.
It's kind of stupid they announce the probowl weeks before the season ends. Romo wouldn't of gotten it if they did the voting after the last game.
I'm glad carpenter started to come around, he will be used alot next season.
