    We only went to the 3-4 defense because Parcells is familiar with it and that was the scheme he always used and the Patriots and Steelers were having so much success with it. Remember, everybody wanted to copy it. I wish we go back to the 4-3. If it means getting rid of a few players, so be it.

    Id stick with it, and bring in a guy like Lebeau, or Rex Ryan.

    Although I don't know why Ryan would do it, it would just be a step sideways.

    Unless Jones offers him a significant raise.

    I think it will be tough to get a guy from a team with a successfull defense to jump ship, even with a raise. They should look torwards the college ranks, any names come to mind?

    maybe we can get dave womsdedt(sp?) back.
