Well, since Monday is almost over and all. I thought this was interesting, useless, and fun.

Blue Monday has been classified as the most depressing day of the year: January 22, 2007

This date was calculated by Dr. Cliff Arnall, a researcher/tutor at the University of Cardiff's Center for Lifelong learning, and has been quoted in the press.

The date was calculated by using many factors, plugged into a formula. The factors include: weather conditions, debt level (the difference between debt ac ulated and our ability to pay), time since Christmas, time since failing our new year’s resolutions, low motivational levels and feeling of a need to take action.

My Monday wasn't too bad. A bit too cold. Tuesday's going to be worse. Next year, Blue Monday will be the 21st.
