A defiant Isiah Thomas vowed yesterday, "I'll make damn sure there is no problem" in the locker room if the Knicks were to acquire an openly gay player while he is the team's president and coach.

what a ing re . Because that situation would never ever happen. He might as well comment on a Martian being drafted by the Knicks. "That would be no problem."
....not my first guess, especially since Barkley said last night on TNT that he played with "two or three gay dudes" when he was in the NBA.
They might have a gay coach, but that's just speculation...
Some pictures of questionable sexuality.

Isiah always had some effeminate qualities about him. I wouldn't be surprised if he at least explored that "side of the court" before. And, as a huge fan of Isiah Thomas the player, I wouldn't care.
Nail on the head...
"I'd make sure it's not a problem because I'd blow him first to make him feel comfortable... since he certainly won't once he realizes we suck (on the court)."
??
what are you guys ragging on him for now? I don't see the problem in his statement, I think it's pretty cool he's fine with having a gay player on his team, and is willing to go out of his way to make sure his team is fine with it as well.
Of course he is. Being in the closet himself, he would be very thankful if someone on his team would come out and take the pressure off of him. Don't you think a gay player would save his job because of all the attention it would take off their terrible on-court performance? He's probably got a deal set-up for Jared Jefferies to come out shortly after the all-star break...
was that pre or post AIDS magic? i hope pre for isiah's sake.
