I think Kobe sometimes defers too much to his teammates and waits too long to take over. He still needs to refine that balance.
Lakers are fine, I think Kobe will continue to share the ball. Their current losing streak I think has to do with the fact that they are clearly missing Kwame Brown and Luke Walton.
Lakers could be the dark horse in the West, they're very talented. Right now what's holding them back is Smush Parker. He's not a PG type player and he's not good. IF the Lakers manage to get Jason Kidd, they're going to be dangerous.
