I figured after we traded Beno, Scola's rights, and Oberto for Lebron and Kobe we would be set but I see some brilliant Rockets fans have something in mind too.

I don't see the problem.
Even in "real life" the Spurs are going to have to watch the Rockets.
They are only the best defensive team in the NBA. Plus, the only time the Spurs have beaten them this year, the Spurs had to make a mad scramble back from 19 points down and hold the Rockets to 9 points in the 4th.
If the Spurs can hold the Rockets to 9 points in a quarter, I think they are set and don't have to "watch out" for the Rockets. I know the Spurs have struggled this season, but not so much as to worry about a team like the Rockets. Dallas is the only team on the Spurs' playoff agenda right now.
I hope we finish 3rd so we don't have to meet them in the 1st round
