In general, that draft was fairly weak, so I'd say he wasn't a bust because he's been a quality starter as a big man, which is clearly a dying NBA position.

Bucks are just sitting them out so they can go into tank mode and better their chances of landing Durant or Oden, if one or both decide to enter the draft.
