Its like an account used pay or receive money securely over the web. All of your questions should be answered on the site though. You basically register your credit card or bank account.

I hate it when people ask these stupid questions. Google Paypal or go to paypal.com, why do people have to come to ask these kind of questions here. If you got off your lazy ass & did about 5 seconds of research, you would save a bunch of time & not take up space with stupid threads like this.

Yeah, I guess it makes no sense to go to the actual site & read & see about what they do, why would a company want to explain how their system works? That wouldn't do anybody any good. And I'm pretty sure that no links on google would pop up & explain how the system works. There's only 290,000,000 results for paypal & the first page gives a bunch of info on how the system works, ace.
